MBN Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

 

 

Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at MBN. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our clients and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on our files. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you

Please allow yourself ample time for direction mishaps and traffic delays. As a courtesy, we will send out an email/text message reminder for your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment date. Please ensure that we have your current email address and phone number on file in order to be able to do so in a way that may be beneficial to you. It remains YOUR responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and help us service our guests better by providing enough notice to avoid cancellation fees.

____Appointments rescheduled or canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be accessed a flat rate of $25.00

 

____Appointments rescheduled or canceled within a 4 hour window of  your scheduled appointment will be charged a flat rate of $50.00

 

____No show appointments will be charged the FULL AMOUNT for the service scheduled

 

____If you have purchased a package please be aware that you will still be charged for our 24 hour and 4 hour cancellation policy. No shows will be counted as one of your package services redeemed (i.e) You purchase a package of 3 massages and “no show” you now have 2 massage sessions left.

 

____If you are late for your appointment please be aware your appointment time will be shortened. If you have not shown 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time you will be deemed a “No Show” and will be charged as such

 

Please be aware that all services performed by Mind-Body-N’Sync are “By Appointment Only” There are no exceptions to any of our policies. Should you need to reschedule or cancel please call our front desk (912) 450-1160. If after hours please leave a voicemail

 

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I'm new to your studio, what should I expect when coming in for the first time?

A: Upon arriving to our studio you will be asked to fill out a short medical questionnaire. You will also answer questions regarding your main reasons for your visit. This is how your therapist is able to customize and tailor your service to your specific needs.

Q: What does your studio specialize in?

A: We pride ourselves in being the very best in Therapeutic/ Rehab Therapy Massage. We also offer extensive treatment for post operative surgical care (Lymphatic Drainage), and Natural Pain Management Therapy (CBD Treatments)

 

Q: Is it possible to get a group/couple massage in the studio?

A: No. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate more than one person at a time in our studio. 

 

Q: What type of massage techniques do you offer?

A: We use a mixture of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Neuromuscular techniques

 

Q: I would like to purchase one of your massage specials. Is it still valid although I am pregnant?

A: Yes. expectant mothers are welcome to take advantage of specials also unless otherwise stated

 

Q: I would like to take advantage of your membership pricing. Can I gift one of my sessions to someone else?

A: No. Membership pricing is not transferable. All sessions have to be used by the same person.

Q: Does your facility accept medical insurance, workman's comp and or attorney lien to be seen at your facility?

A: Yes. Certain medical insurance companies require our facility to be in network so please check with your provider, however pricing for using any type of delayed payment method including workman's comp and attorney liens are subject to higher rates and administrative fees. These rates and fees are furnished upon request.
